This year, we chose to celebrate Passover later than usual, so that we could do justice to the beauty and import of this celebration of God's deliverance, both physically and spiritually. Being Gentiles, we felt this was acceptable. However, when one of the boys mistakenly said, "Please pass the pork chops," I assured him that some things were not acceptable for even Gentiles . . . and one of those was serving pork chops for Passover. (They were lamb chops.)

OUR LATE PASSOVER MEAL
