MISSOURI SPRINGTIME

Adam made use of a beautiful Saturday morning to take a few photos of the wonders outdoors. Each small miracle is a testimony of the brilliance and unlimited detail of our Creator's artistry and care. Here is a female Northern Parula, a type of wood warbler. Adam always looks forward to the return of the warblers, which unfortunately for photography purposes, coincides with the leafing out of the trees.

Baby Oak Leaves -- exquisite !

The warblers are tiny little birds that live in the tops of very tall trees. Most people don't ever notice them. This is a Common Yellowthroat with pawpaw blooms.

The official tree of Missouri -- the Dogwood.
