While in New York, the boys enjoyed trying out some different modes of transportation. Kelly's friend Kevin Eade took the boys Mountain Biking at Blue Mountain. They had a great time and are pouring over mountain bikes on Craig's List (which they were before the trip, but they're intense now.)

They also went rollerblading on the Old Croton Aquaduct Trail. This is a fantastic "Rails to Trails" opportunity. It is paved and winds itself through some absolutely beautiful scenery. It goes across an old train bridge transversing the Croton Reservoir (which is an odd experience, as the wheels go bump, bump, bump over the plank boards of the bridge!)
