I love Swiss Chard!! I had mowed down a section of the garden because it was too overgrown with weeds, and we hadn't had rain in over a month. I totally gave up on our eating anything else from it. This stuff came back from the roots bigger and better than ever. Fifteen minutes after this picture was taken, it was on the table with our favorite "Beans, Greens, and Cornbread" meal.
