On our way to Arkansas, we stopped for lunch at the Hobbs, near Springfield, MO. These are our dear friends, and our oldest daughter, Amy's in-laws, (does that make them our out-laws?). We had a great time visiting, eating fantastic hamburgers, and enjoyed seeing their newly constructed gingerbread houses, having recently constructed one of our own. Five of the six Hobbs siblings had created their own interpretation of gingerbread architecture. They were extremely creative, ranging from a cottage to a castle. It was also a lot of gingerbread to consume, and knowing from our own recent personal experience how "HARD" it is to eat a gingerbread house (meaning break teeth, not hard as in sad) we were even more impressed with the Hobbs creativity in disposing of their culinary masterpieces. Pictured below are the Hobbs with their gingerbread, and a video of their solution to the problem.

That was great! Hehe, I suppose that is one way of getting rid of one's gingerbread houses. It almost seems a shame though, to create such a masterpiece (and edible too!), only to shoot it up. (although I must admit the shooting looked fun too...) :-)
