We've been working on putting up our hay for the year. Several of us have been doing the cutting, raking, and baling.

The finished product.

Unfortunately, Keith has to do most of the repairs, which is an inevitable part of the process.

It's always fun to hop off the tractor for a blackberry break. We've also made several cobblers this year, and enjoyed the rest fresh.

So are your blackberries still ripe and producing? We're still finding a few here, but most of them are dried up. At least our freezer is still full of them!
At this point the blackberries are gone. The photo was taken a couple of weeks ago.
