We spent Saturday morning hanging out at Nate and Amy's.


Keith and I read through a script for a new musical that Amy is writing. It is much more enjoyable than our faces appear.

John decided to check out the snow and ice.

THE SUPREME ULTIMATE EVENING WITH THE BOURNES

Saturday Afternoon and Evening we had a fantastic time with a very fun, gracious, hospitable family: the Bournes. Amy has often told us how much she and Nate enjoy spending time with them, and how at home they feel there. We understand what they mean. The food was exceptionally delicious (the ice cream was abundant!), the games were delightful, the singing was lovely, and the fellowship especially sweet. God is so kind to provide this family to embrace Amy and Nate with their love and goodness.

Next we played this really great game called "Charoodles", which is charades with a list from a catagory (i.e. desserts) that must be acted out using certain assigned props.

SUNDAY MORNING AT GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH

We have enjoyed worshipping with Nate and Amy's congregation whenever we visit. We used the opportunity to also take some group photos.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY NATE AND AMY! ! !

Two years ago, December 31, 2005, our oldest daughter, Amy, married Nathaniel John Hobbs. Nate is a godly young man, the oldest of 6 children, homeschooled in Springfield, MO, who attended UMR and participated in our church group, drama group, and group of friends. It was a special blessing to be joined by so many dear friends, as we gave away our precious daughter.

Keith's very touching charge and blessing to the young couple.

We were so thankful to have Bill Hickle perform the ceremony. We have known the Hickles for 18 years and the LORD has been so good to give us the gift of such wonderful people for our children to interact with and learn from.
