A DREAM COME TRUE

Joy has been reading about, talking about, thinking about, dreaming about horses for a very long time. This last week , we loaded "Pablo" up in the trailer and brought him to his new home.

Joy has been rather giddy ever since.

Anna has been rather tickled too (and their mom had a delightful ride around the pastures on Saturday morning!)

We welcome Pablo onto the farm.

A PSALM -- FOR GIVING THANKS . . .

Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before Him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is He who made us, and we are His;
we are His people,
the sheep of His pasture.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving
and His courts with praise;
give thanks to Him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and His love endures forever;
His faithfulness continues through all generations.

Psalm 100

FINE LINEN KIDS

Fine Linen was asked to provide some entertainment for the State-wide Birthright convention. Our younger actors were happy to oblige.

They performed a medley from Annie, and enjoyed it more than even the audience.

The four songs they sang were: Hard-Knock Life, Maybe, Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile . . .

. . . . and of course - Tomorrow.

DON'T BOTHER LOOKING IN WYOMING . . .

We found Bigfoot right in the middle of our living room.

Oh, that's just Adam, trying out his Ghillie suit, a sort of wearable duck blind he will use for nature photography.

The show is opening tomorrow, and will run this weekend and the next.

I LOVE BEING ORGANIZED

I am going this morning to pick up a library card catalog similar to the ones shown, although not as tall.
Pictures of the actual one can be seen by clicking here.
It will be kept in the entry hall and have everything from flashlights, batteries, and screwdrivers to sunscreen, fingernail clippers, and band-aids carefully cataloged and alphabetized (maybe).
I'm exceedingly thrilled.
I was the top bidder and they have eleven available.
If you would like me to pick one up for you, call my cell at 573-261-0244.
